Stayed for a couple of days with my partner and had a great time. the hotel was clean and comfortable with nice views of the city. the breakfast was good with a selection of items to choose from. We also enjoyed the traditional show with loud music until around midnight, giving a fun vibe to the night. the pools looked nice although we didn't get a chance to use them.
There was an additional charge of R$35 per person for the traditional Austrian dinner, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. if you're a light sleeper, the music may be a disturbance as it went on until midnight.

Spa day in a sauna was a pleasure. Perfect base for weekend in Treze Tílias. Restaurante Felder, set within 15 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. In love with treze tilias park.

Celebrated the new year with my partner, and the experience was unforgettable. The hotel location was perfect, offering a stunning view of the city. The breakfast was delicious and the pools looked clean and inviting. We particularly enjoyed the New Year's Eve dinner, which had a unique atmosphere, and the show was fantastic, a great way to enter the new year. The hotel also provided us with a memorable experience with its special new year decorations, which added to the festive spirit.
We had no complaints about the hotel, but if you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, you should be aware that the music playing late into the night might disturb you. Nevertheless, the hotel staff seems to be incredibly accommodating, so it might be worth asking for a room further away from the music if it is an issue for you.

The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with beautiful views of the city. The breakfast was satisfying and we especially enjoyed the traditional Austrian dinner and dance show which was very fun and engaging. Additionally, the hotel has nice and clean pools which looked very inviting.
On the nights with the traditional Austrian dance show, there was loud music that continued until midnight. While we didn't mind, it may disturb those who want to sleep early.

the breakfast offered a good variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed the traditional dinner show that was offered for a separate fee. While I didn't use them myself, the pools looked pristine and inviting, and the view of the city from my room was lovely.
That the music from the show went on until midnight and might disturb those trying to sleep.
